Today they are becoming increasingly popular as the WEDDING BREAKFAST, we offer ROAST PORK, ROAST LAMB, ROAST CHICKEN, and a mouth watering selection of CANAPES,ANTIPASTOS, SALADS, VEGETARIAN ALTERNATIVES, BAKED SALMON, DESSERTS and BACON SANDWICHES.

WE PROVIDE THAT PREMIER 5* SERVICE THAT YOUR SPECIAL DAY DESERVES AND REQUIRES. OUR BOOKING SERVICE IS EXTREMELY STRAIGHT FORWARD, SO YOU CAN RELAX AND LEAVE IT ALL TO US.

1) Unlike other companies we cater for just one event per day and therefore we can give each one our full attention,

2) We aim to give Prompt, premier,personalised, friendly, customer communication, service and satisfaction throughout, from the simple booking process to the final event.

  • Every hog is roasted to perfection from scratch at the event venue,  

  • We provide 'Good Sized' portions, cooked right through and served on time,  

  • Each portion is carefully prepared with any fat removed and tailored to the individual guest's request.  

  • Each portion is accompanied by Golden Crackling if desired and served with apple sauce and stuffing.  

  • Myself and assistant/s wear smart chefs uniforms and we serve under white gazebos on white damask tablecloths accompanied by flower arrangements for that finishing touch. 

  • Our salads are freshly made on the day and the majority of our ingredients are bought on Clitheroe Market. 

  • We also offer a mouth watering selection of desserts (please see our menu page). 

  • We believe in using only the finest and freshest ingredients money can buy including FRESHLY BAKED BAKERY BROWN & WHITE BREAD ROLLS

    • 4) Whenever possible we use welfare friendly bred pork (raised without the use of antibiotics and are as organic as we can get!) We are now able to offer you the best quality FREE RANGE pigs in the North West (please make sure to ask if you want one of these.)

    5)  We aim to offer you reasonable and competative prices, with no hidden extra charges or v.a.t.

    7)  I HAVE HAD OVER 20 YEARS around the world  in the catering and hosptality industry, from Clitheroe's 'Wellsprings Hotel' to Sydneys '5* Regent Hotel', several years in Italy and France, and now 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE as a FULL TIME OUTDOOR CATERER in Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, Cumbria and beyond!
