We are passionate about food and every hog is roasted to perfection from scratch at the event venue, the hog can be roasted outside and then brought inside for the serve.
We provide 'Good Sized' portions, cooked right through and served on time,
Each portion is carefully prepared with any fat removed and tailored to the individual guest's request.
Each portion is accompanied by Golden Crackling if desired and served with apple sauce and stuffing.
Presentation is extremely important to us and myself and assistant/s wear smart chefs uniforms and we serve under white gazebos on white damask tablecloths .
Our salads & Hot New Potatoes are freshly made on the day and the majority of our ingredients are bought on Clitheroe Market.
We believe in using only the finest and freshest ingredients money can buy including Freshly 'bakery baked' brown and white rolls.

I have had over 20 years around the world in the catering and hosptality industry, from Clitheroe's 'Wellsprings Hotel' to Sydneys '5* Regent Hotel' and also Italy and France, and now 13 YEARS EXPERIENCE as a full time outdoor caterer in Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, Cumbria and beyond!
