  • Unlike other companies we cater for just one event per day and therefore we can give each one our full attention.

  • We provide 'Good Sized' portions, cooked right through and served on time,  

  • Each portion is carefully prepared with any fat removed and tailored to the individual guest's request.  

  • Each portion is accompanied by Golden Crackling if desired and served with apple sauce and stuffing.  

  • Myself and assistant/s wear smart chefs uniforms and we serve under white gazebos on white damask tablecloths accompanied by flower arrangements for that finishing touch. 

  • Our salads are freshly made on the day and the majority of our ingredients are bought on Clitheroe Market. 

  • We believe in using only the finest and freshest ingredients money can buy including FRESHLY BAKED BAKERY BROWN & WHITE BREAD ROLLS

  • We are now able to offer you the best quality FREE RANGE pigs in the North West (please make sure to ask if you want one of these.)
